READ BEFORE YOU PAYWhat do I actually receive?
A digital Certificate of Nothing, a permanent entry under your chosen name on the public Wall of Nothing, and nothing else. No physical object ships, no service beyond the certification is performed. This is a novelty purchase, stated plainly, at every step of checkout.
Can I get my money back?
No. All sales are final. Your certificate is a digital product generated and delivered to you the moment you confirm your order, and by design there is nothing to send back. You confirm this explicitly, in plain language, before you pay — not buried in fine print.
Is this a joke?
Yes — openly, and on purpose. We say so on this page, on the certificate itself, and again at checkout, so nobody pays without knowing exactly what they're paying for.
Can I buy Nothing as a gift?
Yes. Choose "gift this" when you acquire a lot and add the recipient's name — it appears on their certificate and on the public ledger instead of yours.
Can I resell or transfer my certificate?
The ledger entry is tied to the name you provide and isn't transferable through us. You're welcome to do whatever you like with your own certificate file outside this site; we don't run a resale market for it.
Why does Emperor's Nothing cost $1,000,000?
Because exactly one exists, and the price is the entire point of that lot: it's a single, permanent, unrepeatable line in the ledger. Once it's gone, that listing never reopens.
